The building is located next to one of the main avenues of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet, one of the classic areas of the city, with several nearby parks, the boardwalk and the sea a few blocks away. About 6 blocks away is Avenida 23 (the "heart" of the city) and Avenida "Paseo", two other important and popular streets. In the surroundings there are several restaurants and hotels. A few blocks away is the famous "Cuban Art Factory", where you can enjoy good and modern Cuban music. In a 2-block park there is WIFI for public Internet for a fee (there are several scattered throughout the city).
The apartment is located next to one of the main avenues of the city where taxis are continuously circulating. There are also bus stops nearby. We can at the request of the guests make arrangements and reserve private or shared taxis for trips to other parts of the country. The building has a small parking area and it is possible to park on the street as well.
