The house has 2 floors accessed via separate staircase of white marble: 1st floor with balcony, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate side corridor to the kitchen and a small patio at the end of service, all high ceilings (5 m) and 2nd floor with 2 rooms, a bathroom and roof terrace + free and tanks. The house also has very large tank (shared with only one house on the ground floor) securing water service automatically. All the property is in good condition for living.
