The property consists of 2 floors. On the first floor we find a large fully latticed balcony with large windows. Then we have the living room, kitchen, another small room, 3 rooms, 1 bathroom. Two of the rooms have cedar closets from floor to ceiling. The kitchen has its cedar shelves. On the second floor there is another kitchen and a bathroom, a fully fenced terrace with granite floor. Part of the terrace (50%) is roofed. The floors of the first floor are ceramic imitating wood. Everything is new, in perfect condition.
