The item No. 83.1 of Decree-Law No. 288 dated October 28, 2011 amending Law No. 65 of the Housing Act, dated December 23, 1988, states that the ownership of homes located in areas designed to break or summer of their owners airs, in case of death of the owner, under the rules of the common inheritance law, there is here the possibility to transmit by exchange, donation or sale. Only be transmitted to the state if you wish whichever lead the Municipal Housing Directorate where the property is located, as provided in Article 70.2 of Decree Law No. 288.
